HasOffers was part of a select group of companies that partnered with Facebook. The purpose of this partnership was to bring Facebook new mobile customers and provide analytic data based on those customers.

Unfortunately for them, this partnership is over. Facebook has ended the partnership because HasOffers violated Facebook’s privacy rules on retaining data and consumer consent.

These violations were brought to light during a privacy audit that was put in place to make sure that all partners were following these rules.

HasOffers wasn't alone. A mobile analytics company called Kontagent also had their partnership terminated.
